Description

Greenworks IW5800 PRO is designed for jobs where a conventional driver simply does not provide enough force. Wheel changes, vehicle and machinery maintenance, assembly work and stubborn fasteners are where the IW5800’s combination of high torque and compact cordless design really makes a difference.

The IW5800 delivers up to 800 Nm maximum fastening torque, while its breakaway torque reaches an impressive 1020 Nm. This high breakaway force is particularly useful when loosening stubborn or heavily tightened nuts and bolts.

The brushless motor delivers high performance, efficiently uses battery power and eliminates wearing motor brushes.

Not every fastener requires maximum power, so the IW5800 offers 3 speed settings plus Auto mode (3+A). No-load speeds are 0–1,400 / 0–2,000 / 0–2,500 RPM, with corresponding impact rates of 0–1,900 / 0–2,800 / 0–3,200 IPM. This provides greater control across different fastening and loosening applications.

The 1/2″ (12.7 mm) square drive accepts impact-rated sockets. The IW5800 is designed for M12–M24 standard boltsand M10–M22 high-strength bolts.

High torque does not have to mean a bulky tool. At only 158 mm long, the IW5800 is easier to manoeuvre around wheel arches, suspension components, machinery and other restricted working areas. Tool weight without battery is 1.7 kg.

An integrated LED work light improves visibility around wheels, underneath vehicles and in poorly lit working areas.

Cordless operation also means no compressor, pneumatic hose, mains cable or extension lead – fit a battery and take the tool directly to the job.

The IW5800 is part of the Greenworks 24V POWERALLplatform, allowing the same 24V battery to be used across other tools in the platform.
