Description
Greenworks IW5500 PRO is a compact and powerful 24V cordless impact wrench designed for wheel changes, vehicle and machinery maintenance and other demanding fastening applications. With 500 Nm maximum torque and a body measuring just 145 mm long, it combines serious performance with easy access to restricted working areas.
The brushless motor provides high performance while efficiently using battery power and eliminating wearing motor brushes.
A 1/2″ (12.7 mm) square drive accepts impact-rated sockets, making the IW5500 particularly well suited to automotive and machinery applications.
Variable speed reaches up to 2,400 RPM, while the impact rate reaches up to 3,200 IPM, combining fast operation with good control.
An integrated LED work light improves visibility in garages, underneath vehicles and in poorly lit working areas. At approximately 1.3 kg without a battery, the IW5500 also remains relatively lightweight for its performance.
Cordless operation means no compressor, pneumatic hose, mains cable or extension lead is required.
The IW5500 is part of the Greenworks 24V POWERALL platform, allowing the same 24V battery to be used across other tools in the platform.
